The government of Panama has enacted new legislation which requires all vessels to inform, report their intention to enter Panama 48 hours prior to arrival. If the vessel is unable to comply due to communications difficulties or limitations they should file upon arrival. Go to www.amp.gob.pa or fill in the form in this packet for the port Captain.
