Security
Shelter Bay is in a controlled access area, providing the best security for you and your boat.
The marina is located alongside an active Coast Guard base with access through their gate. There is a guard on duty 24 hours, 7 days of the week. The marina has a night-watchman on duty throughout the night.
Our location makes us one of the safest, if not the safest marina in the Caribbean –
We are well south of the hurricane zone – no recorded hurricanes.
We are away from all population centers – 30 Km by road.
