Dentists:

Bocas – Dr. Wongs – (6625-0060) located near the bank. Clean & modern office.
Colon- Dr. Ida Herrera, Calle 3, Nuevo Cristobal (441-7141) (6614-9712) is a very good dentist. Will bring other specialists to her office when needed.

Dr. Monica Shedden, Peridontist, (204-8318) (204-8368) was referred by Dr. Herrera and will come to Colon to see you in Dr. Herrera’s office. Office in Panama City is at Punta Pacifica Hospital Medical Center.

Panama City – Dr. Omar Rodriquez, (223-2689) is located in the El Cangrejo area. Atlantica Building, 3rd floor, #4.
Dr. Gabriela Eisenmann (228-0314) (314-1019) is located on Calle 53E Obarrio
Samuel Lewis, behind Toisa. Specializes in periodontal disease and implants. Goes to Balboa Clinic a couple days a week.
Balboa Dental Clinic – (228-0338) (314-1019) balboadc@cwpanama.net is located across the parking lot from Niko’s café.

There is an emergency room at Cuatro Altos Hospital. There are several excellent English speaking dentists in colon. For vision needs there are two optometrists in the 2000 shopping mall in Colon. Ask at the office for more details

Many doctors in Panama City have multiple offices located in medical buildings near the major hospitals and move from one office to the other through out the week. That is the reason for all the phone numbers. Check to see if one location may be more convenient than another.

Will board your pet. Not recommended for surgery or complicated procedures.
Colon – Dr. Omar Lorenzo, (449-5951) (6623-3326) (6523-0603) can handle routine problems and shots.
Panama City - Dr. Carmen Solis (6612-9015), carmendesolis@cwpanama.net and her partner Dr. Sandra Rios (6613-5895) are located on Ave. Ernesto T. Lefevre across from 27 the new Pesqueros Marine Store. Dr. Carmen does some pet boarding and pet paperwork for airline travel. She also has pet supplies and is near the Hills Prescription Diet distribution center so she can take big orders easily.
Dr. Nora Lapenta – (236-0549) (6515-5908) is located in El Dorado. Familiar with Pet travel requirements, shots, and an excellent Vet.
Melo Pet Stores are located all over Panama City and have large supplies of all kinds of pet foods and supplies. They also carry Hills Prescription Diet foods. There is a big store across from MultiCentro Mall on Balboa Ave.
